Systems Engineering is an important asset of our engineering and realization of high tech systems. Unique historical fact is that the majority of participating companies in our high tech eco-system are familiar with the SE approach. Reason for it is: they all spun out of Philips or worked already long time for Philips. In the Philips concern there was an extensive exchange in know how and working practices.

Systems Engineering cannot be learnt from a book only. One need to practize it (extensively) to become up-level with it. In this work-conference structural background will be presented along with work-shop-like practices on real matter from the regional industry. The practice is named FAST.
